In his will, local outdoor enthusiast George Merwin left a portion of his estate to the Rogers Public Education Foundation with the directive that the money should “provide teacher grants in the area of outdoor education.” If you’re a teacher with a passion for the outdoors, we highly recommend you apply for this grant.
The Rogers Public Education Foundation (RPEF) promotes and enhances the quality of education in our community by collecting and distributing money for worthwhile academic programs that would not normally be funded through conventional means. All RPS teachers are encouraged to apply for these local grants!
